What is an “Earth Menu?”

At Sara’s Table Chester Chester Creek Café is a proud member of Chef’s Collaborative, an organization dedicated to sustainable food practices.  Every year they partner with Organic Valley to put on Earth Dinners across the country.  It is recommended that participants offer a local/seasonal/sustainable menu option the week of Earth Day (celebrating its 40th year this year).  In honor of this event, we decided to offer our most local menu ever, beginning the end of March and running through the whole month of April.  Our hope is to make food that you appreciate for far more than just its flavor.
