Just across the street from Sara’s Table Chester Creek Café, Chester Gardens is still bursting with the final flavors of summer. Our garden is filled with fresh herbs, vegetables, fruits, flowers, and other seasonal ingredients that inspire our kitchen throughout the growing season.
Growing our own ingredients allows our chefs to harvest herbs and produce at their freshest and incorporate them into dishes, drinks, garnishes, and daily specials. It also gives us the opportunity to grow unique ingredients that can be difficult to find locally.
As summer shifts into fall, every harvest feels a little more special. We are gathering what remains, enjoying the last warm days, and preparing for the comforting flavors of the season ahead. Our gardens are part of our continued commitment to sustainability, supporting local agriculture, and creating a closer connection between the food we serve and the community we call home.
