Welcome to Our Bakery

Every item from our bakery is hand crafted using original recipes. We use only Premium Ingredients, which is why our baked goods taste so good! We never use any pre-made mixes, fillings, fillers or preservatives. Locally sourced organic eggs, whole and organic dairy, real whole fruits and nuts, MN milled flour, non GMO cane sugars, imported Belgium chocolate and cocoa powder.

We believe that everyone should have options, even those with food allergies! Which is why our Pastry Chefs have created a huge variety of Gluten Free and Vegan options! Whether you have a food sensitivity, a nut or egg allergy or are Celiac, we have something for everyone. Allergies are taken very seriously here at the cafe. All equipment is sanitized and separated from cross contact. All of the staff receive training about allergies, food sensitivities and how to deal with each customers personal needs.
