Sustainable farmed in Lodi - minimal harsh tannins allow a more natural
espression of ripe chardonnay fruit. A majority is unoaked, but the
remainder is aged sur lie and stirred daily resulting in a wine that is
perfectly balanced with just a touch of oak. Bright fresh aromas and
flavors of citrus, pear, apple and white flowers. Creamy texture is supported
by fresh acidity and a long clean finish.
Ideal as an aperitif or pairs with poultry, salads, cream-based pastas and softer cheeses.
