Lunaria Ramoro Terre di Chieti Pinot Grigio 2020 Biodynamic Vegan Organic
Copper colored and the nose is intense ( honey, elderflower, grapefruit, brazil nut); the taste is fresh and fruit with some strength - ethereal and expressive.
Pairs with : fish, pasta, chicken - will support acid foods like tomatoes and citrus.

In General: pinot Grigio versus Sauvignon Blanc: the latter is
bolder, grassier and more acidic, while the former is softer and more subtle.
Tortoise Creek California Chardonnay 2019
Sustainable farmed in Lodi - minimal harsh tannins allow a more natural espression of ripe chardonnay fruit. A majority is unoaked, but the remainder is aged sur lie and stirred daily resulting in a wine that is perfectly balanced with just a touch of oak. Bright fresh aromas and
flavors of citrus, pear, apple and white flowers. Creamy texture is supported by fresh acidity and a long clean finish.
Ideal as an aperitif or pairs with poultry, salads, cream-based pastas and softer cheeses.
Cathedral Cove Sauvignon Blanc Marlborough NZ 2021
Grapes are from the eastern side of the north island. Aroma includes tropical fruits and hints of lemon pith and fresh lime. The papate is clean and fresh with lively acidity surrounding a core of passion fruit and tropical flavors.
Pairs with light delicate flavors - great for white meats, spring vegetables, and fresh tomatoes.
Dom le Capitaine Vouvray Cuvee Adrien 2020 Loire Valley
A fruity foreground composed of mango, pineapple, gooseberry and grapefruit with
a floral side expresed in the background: acacia, boxwood and lilac overlaid on a base of honey. Beautiful fruity creaminess confirming a ripe peach is coupled with pineapple and citrus finish - with a cinnamon side.
Pairs with pork, shellfish and fresh and soft cheeses.
Truchard Roussane Napa Chardonnay Carneros Valley 2019

WS: Pear, citrus and orange zest notes emerge in this juicy version, with notes of dried chamomile and a firm finish.
Winery notes: Intense aromas of tropical fruit, lemon zest and fresh pear; combined with fig, vanilla and spice. The mouth is rishly filled with bright flowers of wildflower housey, green apple and nutmeg. Firm acidity provides a bright finish of citrus, mineral and toasted oak.


Chateau d'Aqueria Tavel France 2019

WDelicate notes of red cherry and apple blossom introduce this full-bodied but freshly concentrated expression of Tavel. A blend of Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and Clairette,
it highlights zippy blackberry and crisp black-plum flavors against a backdrop of cassis acidity and lingering veins of graphite. This delightful dry rose should delight red and white wine lovers alike.

Bright Red Ruby Color and, on the nose, is revealed notes of cherry and mocha. A gorgeously soft and delicate wine rich in flavor with overtones of strawberries and rose petals.

Airfield Estates Cabernet Sauvignon Yakima Valley 2019
The aromas are bright and red fruit driven - notes of raspberry, cranberry, rhubarb, orange essence, clove and dried herbs, displaying freshness. the palate shows the elegance of the vintage, with the flavors dipping in the middle before coming back together on the finish.

A blend of 80% sangiovese with 20% merlot and cabernet sauvignon -
Delicate aromas of red cherry and forrest floor lead the way on this straightforward red. The easygoing palate offers red raspberry and clove alongside bright acidity.
Pairs with hard cheeses, grilled steaks and roasted vegetables - also dishes with tomato and herbs - oregano, basil, parsley, sage, rosemary & thyme - Mediterranean - of course.
Carlos Creek Winery Minnesota Marquette
If you have any remaining doubt that good wine can be made in this climate,
this Marquette will change your mind. It is spectacular - also gluten free and vegan. Marquette is the most well-known Minnesota variety and makes a beautiful dry red.
Developed at the University of Minnesota, this grape is a descendant of
the Pinot Noir varietal. This bottle is a medium bodied red with a complex flavor of bright cherries, spice, earth and hints of leather and melon. This red finishes with
notes of smoke and oak.

Chateau Mourgues Du Gres, Costieres de N1mes Galets Rouges Grenache, Syrah, Merlot 2020
Deep ruby, with purple hues while it's young. Profound and vibrant tastes,
with notes of blackberries and crisp blackcurrant. Smooth, harmonious tannins
in a wine where red berries, liquorice and violet mix. A mineral finish that contributes to the balance of the wine.
Pairs best with robust flavors. Fatty steaks like ribeye, grilled or barbecued red meats, mushrooms, roasted chicken, or charcuterie are all great options. GSM also goes very well with meals that have spices and herbs such as sage, rosemary, and red pepper.
Chateau de Parenchere, Bordeaux Superieur 2018
This rich wine has a good balance between ripe blackberry fruits and acidity. Tannins are very present and have needed to soften these four years. It is ready to drink now.
